Is oil better for your hair or is henna?
I don't use henna for colouring since i have black hair i just do it for conditioning. i oil my hair regularly with coconut oil.
which is the best for keeping healthy hair? how often should i use them?
Coconut oil is good and what you do is correct. If your hair turns grey then you can apply henna until then henna is not needed

How much hair oil is TOO much?
Ok, so my hair is curly, relaxed, and kinda dry. So people always tell me that the key to keeping this type of hair healthy is to keep it moisturized. And that's exactly what I do, moisturize it, but my sister and some of my friends tell me that my hair is very greasy and oily. I'm so confused. How much hair oil is too much?
Use a normal leave in conditioner that moisturizes your hair, a good one that doesn't have mineral oil or petroleum in it. This is a bit expensive, but Redken's Crema Care is AMAZING! http://www.redken.com/products/haircare/realcontrol/crema-care-daily-nourishing-styling-treatment

If you want to use oil, you have to know it is only to be used as a hot oil treatment or you use a dab to "seal" all the moisture in your hair. Oil will weigh down your hair if you use it to "moisturize" and NEVER use oil with mineral oil or petroleum! It weights down your hair, sits on it, and it you use it on your scalp, it will clog your pores and can even slow growth.

And if you go back to products and go to olive oil products and look for the olive oil polisher, I have that, its really nice and smells good too!
