It's a vitamin and like all vitamins and supplements, I would ask a doctor about if it should be added to your diet.
It is supposed to help grow healthy hair and nails, so I would imagine that it would be safe BUT this product has NOT been approved by the Food and Drug Admin so I would DEFINITELY ask a doctor before you or anyone else add it to their daily regimen.
According to the site I referenced, it is "rich in marine concentrates." It is very true that products made with things like seaweed help maintain healthy hair. For instance, many shampoos contain products with seaweed etc.
But you don't want to find out that seaweed gives you a rash. So, really. If you know someone who is planning on using this product, advise them to speak to a family doctor.
