Nioxin Follicle
Hair Help Major Time?
I am currently trying to re-grow my hair in the thinning areas. I am using Nioxin to clean the scalp and reduce DHT. I am also trying this booster product by Nisim that supposedly boosts the follicle and allows new hairs to penetrate to the surface. So far I am noticing regrowth in my frontal temple areas. What type of re-growth is it? PEACH FUZZ only. I have never seen it there before, so at first I was so excited, because my peaks are my main problem area. I thought it was working, but it seems to only be a teaser.. the peach fuzz is only a centimeter long and that is where it stays. What does it mean? Will I ever have real hair come in in those peach fuzzed areas? If I shave it down in those areas, will it grow back thick? Thanks for any replies.
Shaving your head does not thicken hair. It just chops down the hair. Think of a christmas tree, thin at the top, but when you chop it down, all that is left is the stump that is flat and short.

does the nioxin shampoo stop thinning and male pattern baldness. does it stop or slow down a receding hairline?
also, my hair used to be very thick at my crown but it has recently started to thin. will nioxin make that hair as thick as it used to be by cleaning my scalp and follicles?
It slows it, yes. Not as well in the front, no. It will NOT return your hair to original thickness, nothing will do that except for a scalp reduction surgery.
