Natural Hair Growth Treatments
Hair loss and white hair at 16?
Hey, like it says in the question, I'm only 16.
When I wake up in the morning, just running my fingers thru my hair, I think at least 20 strands of hair come off.
My water flow in my shower drain thingy is slow because of the amount of hair that gets caught there. I have to clear it at least once in three days.
Umm... The white hair is slightly weird though.
The hair is not entirely white. The strand is brown at the end, white in the centre and brown at the top again.
I don't think I'm going thru any stress that can cause these problems.
1. What could be the possible causes of this?
2. Are there any foods that can stimulate hair growth, and what food causes hair loss?
3. What are the easiest natural steps to take to avoid this?
4. Are special treatments necessary?
5. Do hair loss shampoos like Pantene work?

There could be many causes for hairfall... Like pollution, poor diet, stress ( which you have ruled out ), illness, or simply using a product which does not suit you.
You should eat protein rich foods like meat, eggs, milk, chickpeas, etc

Working in a salon I have seen allot of different hair growth treatments out there but I would have to say the best I've seen is Rogaine's hair growth treatment. I've been a cosmetologist for 6 years and worked in allot of different states and from everywhere I have worked this seems to be the best one. Hope this helps you out .
