What products can I use for natural thinning hair?

Im 20 years and my hair is thinning on both sides of my hair due to tight ponytails. My hair is very long and I can't really do much with it because of my bald spots. People have said to me that I look like a "cancer patience". I have tried just about every hairproducts such as Dr. Miracle Growth and Doo Grow, but nothing has worked. HELP Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i recently shaved my head to get color off. any ideas for faster hair growth?

i colored my hair with henna, which does not bleach out without reapplying at least 4 times, and i wanted my natural color. my hair used to be past my shoulder blades. i know of no miracles, but what helps?
