how do u ge rid of upper lip hair?

i have this friend who has a natural problem with dark upper lip hair and she has always used nair and jolen cream bleach on it but lately when she tries to use them it irritates her skin and she is embarrassed about the dark hair so i was wondering if there was any other things she could do at home to get it to go away

also what causes the growth on her upper lip

u dont necessarily have to take ti off, u can just bleach it because if u take it off, there is sa possibility it might grow more

Hair Removal Dilemma?

I have bought a hair removal cream from Veet (the one with the spatula) but it doesn't seem to remove hair from its roots and leaves hair that somewhat looks awful dots on my fair skin. I've timed it carefully (for 5 minutes).

I have several questions:
1. I've used a hair removal cream, when the hair grows back, will it be of the same texture or will it become coarser/thicker and blacker?
2. Do you recommend wax strips? If so, how much will I be needing to use to remove every hair on my body (I'm sort of short; 5 foot, 1 inch high if that counts)? Again, when the hair grows back, will its texture change (same question as of number one applies here)?
3. What can I use to remove facial hair? I am a woman and I don't consider shaving.
4. Any natural tips to avoid the growth of hair?

Hey,

1. I find hair removal creams not to bad, they don't seem to grow back thicker or darker just the same. But they get messy and (personally) annoying.

2. I've used wax strips once and didn't like them, i got wax everywhere and it stuck to my legs rather then coming off with the strips.
I find waxing the best, if you see a good waxer the hairs will take awhile to grow back and less will grow back after time, I've been getting my Brazilian done at a great place for about 6 months and it takes 8 weeks for the hair to be waxable again. But waxing does get abit pricey over time and really adds up.

3. I'd suggest waxing your facial hairs, i do my upper lip myself, its fast, easy and the hair takes awhile to grow back.

4. Theirs not many tips to it, but shaving just makes it all worse!!

Also I'd look into getting a NO! NO! it's like a small home lazer machine that is painless, slows and eventually stops the hair growing back, I haven't personally used it (yet hopefully by next week) but all the reviews have been good, and it's between $200-$300 (depending on store, ebay has good prices) for the long term results thats a fantastic price!!
