Nails Biotin
has anyone used the supplement Biotin for hair and nail growth?
I heard it is good for hair and nails. How much biotin do you need? I know most people already get enough in their diet without the supplement. Has anyone noticed a difference in their hair/nails after taking it?
Biotin aids in cell growth. Sufficient amounts are needed for healthy hair and skin. 100 mg are recommended 2 times per day.Biotin has been a big help in stopping hair loss in both men and women. I would also recommend Horsetail and Kelp.
