My first diet. Question 2.?

ok. i loved the answers a lot of you gave. now i have one more. its regarding pills. im currently taking:

caffine (of course) a half a pill in the morning and the other in the afternoon. (i cant take a whole pill, it makes me too jittery) im hoping i can slowly grow to take the whole pill.

gelatin: 2 a day, for collagen support. am i right in saying im doing this so as i loose weight it will help my skin adapt to the weight loss and not leave ugly hanging skin. (im 135 now, and want to be 110)

niacin: for metabolism support.

biotin: for skin/hair/nails

zinc: it says on the bottle for immune health, but im taking it because i hear its suppose to be good for you.

now my husband mentioned Hydroxy Cut. is there anyone who has had good results on a particular fat burning pill. do they work? and which is best?

Fat burning pills aren't particularly good for the body. The old fashion diet and exercise is the best way to lose extra weight. The caffine isn't great for you either. Caffine is an addictive drug, and too much can damage your heart.
