Mth Supply Stop

Is there anybody out there thats doing the Phentermine diet?
Did anybody take phentermine pills b4 and has it work for u? I'm taking 2 mth supply, i started taking it few weeks ago so far i lost 5 lbs. i eat healthy 4 or 5x a day,no junk food..i dont eat past 9pm or drink soda anymore, all i really drink is atleast two or more big bottles 32 oz of water a day, sometimes Krystal light on the go the lil packets that u shake up in a 16 oz bottle of water. my goal is to get back to my normal weight ranging from 125 to 135. im 160 right now, I'm not fat or anything , i'm just thick, i have a nice shape it just that seeing 160 on the scale scares me because thats less than halfway to 200. my main concern because im short like 5'2" havent had kids yet, want stay heathy because diabetes, strokes, and heart disease does run in my family, i just want to stop it because my weight get out of hand though it took 3 years for the 35 lbs pack on gradually. I know exercising is big requirement which i'm going to start back doing. Anybody have any other secrets?
Phentermine has been linked with pulmonary embolisms. Blood clots in the lung. With everything you are doing you are on the right track. The slower you lose it the longer it will stay off. The only secret is to burn more calories than you take in. Good for you to want to be thinner for your health & not just for looks. I would ask your doctor about getting off the phentermine. Sounds like you don't need it.

Working mum still breastfeeding 8 mth old baby .... running out of milk???
I am working 4 days a week and expressing twice a day while away from my daugher. She has 5 milk feeds a day and 3 solid feeds. I give her 3 milk feeds and she has 2 expressed feeds from a bottle while at childcare.
I am starting to run out of milk . Expressing is no longer giving me enough milk. Has anyone else had this problem?
What have you done? I do not want to stop breastfeeding yet .... and would like to keep going until at least 12 months. I am considering supplementing one feed a day with formula. Will this just make my supply problem worse?
I know the answer is to express more, but it is just not possible to express more than twice when I am at work. Ideas?
The first thing to do: Check your pump. What type is it? Does it have those little white flaps on it? Often those get worn after a few months and need replacing. I know that my pump eats batteries, so I am always having to replace those, and it makes a big difference in how much I can express. Also, some brands are notorious for having motor burnout right about now.
If the pump checks out, then there are things you can do to bring your supply up. The first thing is to feed baby at the breast, on cue whenever you're home. That is going to be the best stimulation. Make sure that you're eating well (oatmeal, green leafy veggies, and flax seed all help boost supply) and staying hydrated. The milk-making hormones peak in your sleep, so if you can nap and nurse with baby on your days off, that will help a great deal. Mother's milk tea and herbs like fenugreek, blessed thistle, and alfalfa (this one actually works best for me) are all supply boosters.
I'm an ER nurse and a paramedic, and don't get to pump at regular intervals. So while I pump as much as I can at work, I also make sure to keep up my stash by pumping at home. I find the best time is in the AM when there is the most volume of milk. I nurse baby on one side and pump on the other - the letdown is stronger when baby is nursing, so take advantage of that.
At 8 months I would hesitate to add formula, as baby can take more solids and drink things like water and diluted juice.
You're doing a great job, and I'm certain that you can keep this up for *at least* 12 months.
