Month Foam Hair
Why does my hair come out when I comb it?
After I wash my hair and I comb it out to wrap it, a lot of hair ends up in my comb. I don't miss it because my hair is thick but I was wondering why. I use a wide tooth comb to detangle it. I also get my ends trimmed when I get my hair relaxed which is every two-three months. Any suggestions as to what I could do differently?
Also, any idea as to why when I wash my hair, I usually have to wash it three time before the shampoo foams?
I am not stressed, never been pregnant, and am on no medications.
Hair naturally sheds everyday. You may want to pay attention to how you are combing your hair out. When you comb it out, make sure you start detangling at the ends first and work your way up. Because your hair is thick I would part it in sections. Also try using a really good leave in conditioner to help with the combing out process.
As far as the shampoo is concerned, you may have a lot of product build-up and it depends on how often you wash your hair. If you use a lot of gel in your hair, then you need to rinse your hair pretty well before the first lather to get as much build-up off the hair. Shampooing the hair too much can remove the natural oils that the hair produces which will cause breakage and shedding.
