Is it okay to use moisturizing lotion/sunscreen/body lotion on a dry scalp?
only if you're bald, if you have hair there are scalp conditioners on the market, Head & Shoulders also has a dry scalp formula that is quite effective (my dad uses it, he's got a problem with itching and chunks of skin coming off if he uses anything else)

I noticed white flakes today coming off my hair, and i thought it was dandruff until i looked online and it said dandruff is large flakes all over your hair and small white flakes is just a dry scalp.
