Minoxidil Plus
I Bought Minoxidil, But its not a Foam?

I'm suffering from hair loss heredity since i was 15(i'm 18 now). So I was just surfing around the internet for solutions. I read somewhere that Propecia and Minoxidil are the only two Drugs which are approved by FDA. So I took a little trip to "The Drug Store" and found out that Propecia is not available in my city, anyway i bought minoxidil 5%. But its very different to which I saw on the internet. The minoxidil I bought had written "Minoxin" on its box and then on the second line "Minoxidil 5% Plus". When I opened up the box there was a small 60ml bottle and a spray, I fixed the spray to the bottle but when i shake it up it makes sound like its Liquid. When I spray it still its liquid. So I just wanted to ask have I bought the right one? Or do I need to get it changed? Would it work?
You are fine. The only reason that the foam was made was so that Rogaine could market the minoxidil in a form that was protected by patent laws. But the active ingredient (minoxidil) is the same. And what you did was save money by getting the generic form of it. We've been using the liquid form of it for over 20 years, and if it doesn't regrow the hair, it at least helps to prevent further hair loss.
