How long will a wig made with 100% Kanekalon Fiber hair last if properly cared for?

I'm thinking about buying one, but am unsure of how long it will last. Also, how could I style it since it can't be styled with heat tools?

This is a decent grade of synthetic hair, it lasts a while. I have a wig made of this fiber that I have had for about 3 months now. I haven't taken good care of it, I actually laid it down near my window, and a few weeks later (I'm bad, I know...) I tried it on and I was shocked. As with any hair, it did tangle. Hair will tangle always, no matter is it is synthetic or human, cheap or expensive. However, the tangles were actually recoverable, and takes one finger comb-through to fix. However, the ends ended up looking a little dry and dead.. You could spray a little oil sheen on the ends (I think Kera Care makes some) though.
