Loss Split Ends
Split ends?
I just went last week to get a trim and I've noticed that i stll have split ends? My hair isn't badly damaged or dried out and I don't dye/color it. What's with it? BLow drying? Does this cause hair loss??
Split ends will not cause hair loss. (it will not fall out at the root) What it will cause is breakage. If you style your hair with any type of heat the split ends will occur more often and alot sooner after a trim. I would go back and get another trim, and then purchase styling aids that help protect your hair from the heat styling that you do. Thermocare is a good product that works as a shield, it will allow you to style with out the damaging effects of blow drying and curling irons. Also a leave in conditioner is good to use to help protect you hair from drying out as fast. Use this before Thermocare or any other product you may find. Then use the low heat option on your dryer! It may take longer to dry but it is alot easier on your hair. Hope this helps

How to Protect Hair from Hair Loss, Brittleness and Split-Ends
How do I take care of my hair?
These days I'm suffering from hair loss & split ends. It's really scaring me, I don't want to end up with thin hair. What kind of food is good for hair growth? What brands of shampoos & hair cream would u advice me to use? Also if u know a daily ritual to take of ur hair plz tell me. Generally any good info about taking care of ur hair is welcomed. Thnx in advance.
Vitamines! make sure you are taking all the vitamines that you need. There are vitamines that makes your hair stronger, just go to a store and ask if there are vitamines that are good for your hair. And then fruits, fruits are good for everything, 5 a day. Drink a lot of water, that might help. Good luck.
