I'm only 20 and losing hair at the front of my scalp.
I don't smoke or drink and i'm reasonably fit so i'm guessing it's from stress.
What would be the correct way to go about repairing this?

Hair loss at the front of the scalp is generally how male pattern baldness starts. Typically, hair begins to thin and recede in the temporal regions of the hairline, creating the classic receding hairline. The earlier you start a treatment program, the better off you will be. Even if you can't stop the hair loss process, you have a great chance of slowing it down and maybe preventing it from getting too extreme.....Obtaining a prescription for Finasteride and using Minoxidil directly on the thinning areas are the gold standards of treatment....
