May I use finasteride 1 mg tablet for regrowth hair?
I'm 28 years old. My problem is from the last 3 yr. my hairs are falling it has become very thin. I have lost some hair in front-off side and back. Is there any solution how I can regain back my hair and reduce further hair loss? One of my friends told me( finasteride 1 mg) tablet will stop the hair fall and helps in regaining the hair. Can I use FINASTERIDE 1 mg TABLET Kindly suggest me.any side effect Thanking You,
Dangerous side-effects. Not even worth a trial. And these doctors won't even tell you. They will only underline that side-effects are there in just 2% of the cases. I feel even that is not worth a risk. Who knows who falls in this 2%, or is it 2% today and 20% tomorrow...??..

Moreover, it is not known whether finasteride passes into breast milk, and thus should not be taken by breastfeeding mothers. However, it appears that finasteride can pass into the semen of men, thus, at certain dosages, caution should be used to avoid ingestion of semen during oral sex if a woman is pregnant or may become pregnant.
Definitely not even worth a trial, even by mistake.
Go for the NATURAL alternative that works the same way as Finasteride but w/out side-effects. It's the herb Serenoa repens (Saw palmetto). There's no prescription from medical or health care experts that any vitamin or medication really helps controll of hair loss or growth of lost hair, if its a heriditary/genetical problem.
But, I have seen some women had very amazing results, taking Vitamin E for at least 3 months. It really stopped hair loss and they had their head, full of hair again.
You may have a try. If you are lucky enough, may be, you'll also enjoy the same results.
Using herbal paste like Henna with Amla or Yugurt with Lemon Juice, twice week for 3 months, and then once a week on regular basis will be the best, if its not a genitical problem.
