Loss Dandruff Itching
hair loss in dog after clipping?
i recently took my dog to Petsmart to be clipped. He is a shelti mix and severe dandruff. I had him clipped pretty short so that we could work on clearing up the dandruff issue. After about 2 months i noticed a thinning patch on his back and thought that it was just stunted growth from his hair being so short but this weekend i noticed that his hair is now falling out on the top of his nose. He doesnt itch these spots and i looked for fleas and he dose nto ahve any. what could be the cause of this?
You shouldn't see a reaction from anything after two months, more likely right away. They could of used a deshedding product or something that needs to be done every month or two. Or, if not that, he could just be very nervous and losing hair?

How do you stop your head from itching so bad?
I'm serious I scratch every 4 minutes, deep and hard. I scratch so much that I have hair loss that I can see and feel. It's so embarrassing when I'm in public scratching the crap out of my head. I don't have lice so don't even consider that. I could have really bad dandruff but seeing how I've tried all kinds of dandruff shampoo I'm starting to think it's something else. Could I have Psoriasis
It's probobly psoriasis. They make shampoo to and lotions to get rid of it.
