Longterm Hair
What is important to 40-something men?
Gentlemen. I am now ready to start dating, but am not sure whats important. I am a great cook. I am financially independent, but could stand to put more money away. I have raised my child alone for 12 years and have never dated. I do get along with my ex and his new girlfriend. I love children and would welcome a man with children. I know how to sew my child's pants and how to dance a cha cha. I love to laugh and probably laugh too much. I don't spend a lot of money on cosmetics, I color my own hair. I refuse to buy cable or mind numbing video games. I prefer my child to do anything but those things. Before getting married later in life I only had two longterm boyfriends. So there's not tons of ex lovers. Are any of these things important to men looking for a mate? Which things are deal breakers, looks, money, what? Help, now that i am older it's not so easy to meet men. Which foot should i put forward?
Coming from a single forty something man sounds like you have it together Lady. I very much admire your stance on video games and television.
There is no foot to put forward just be yourself, let it be known you are available Does not appear from what I have read that " a deal breaker " with you exists. I do find the term deal breaker interesting as I use it quite a bit in my work.

Okay I'm bi-racial and my hair is naturally very nappy and dry and THICK. I have used many relaxers, but never blowdryed or hotcombed until a couple of months ago. My hair stayed straight, just how I liked it but only for about 2 weeks.
I want a longterm straight hair-do! I know many black women have it and don't seem to be having the same problems as I am. How do I achieve this?
