Long Hair Growth Chart
I'm 17 and 5'9. Why haven't I grown to my full potential?
According to my growth chart, I am supposed to be 71.5" tall or 6'1 1/2, how come I didn't grow to my full potential? Is growth supposed to level off at around 14/15? Becuase I have matured in terms of pubic hair, some facial hair growth, but I have large hands and feet and long arms for my height, did I stunt my growth?
I did lift dumbells in my bedroom that were 15-20pds in each hand and diet while eating no beef or pork from age 11-now.
I also had a tough personal trainer to try and get a 6 pack at age 16 during almost 2 months last summer.
age 12-5'2
13-5'5
14-5'5-5'7
15-5'7-5'9
16-5'9
17-5'9
I did diet alot and was 130pds from age 12-15 then at 15 I went to 160 and then 142 from 16-17.
I also got to bed really late from 15-17
ex: 2-4am, and took naps during the day.
because you're 17. easy. whoever told you we're done growing @ 17 told you a lie.

Growth chart part 1
Looking for a unknown book, which i have read when i was young.?
i can only provide really sketchy details, but been looking for this book for years and in desperation turning to this method.
the main character of this historical fictional novel is girl, named Merci / or Mercy. the book charts her growth to adulthood.
in the edition i read a long time ago, it is a artist's protrayal of a beautiful but sad women ( long blondish/ light brown hair), with a large brim hat.
the book ( which is REALLY bloody thick) emcompasses her trials and tribulations, which include her getting near raped by her besotted male employer when she works as a governess, her journey to another country, and her falling in love on the ship.
ahh!! please, shed some light. it's an old book, and a old companion, and i long to have it back.
