Can laser beams help thicken very fine hair?
Hi, i naturally have very fine hair & was wondering if these laser combs help to thicken the hair & promote stronger growth? They seem to be aimed at ppl who have thinning hair or hair that is falling out, i have neither of these problems so would it have any effect on my hair at all?
