brushing more = whiter teeth?
is that possible; i used to brush only once a day & now im starting to brush twice; is it going to make my teeth whiter? because i want whiter teeth without doing any laser stuff or getting white strips; is there any toothpaste u can recoment & how long untill ill see results of whiter teeth?
Brushing more with a "whitening toothpaste" will help remove superficial external surface stains from the teeth... thus caused by smoking, tea, coffee, etc... Unfortuneately the actual shade of your teeth will not change beyond that, without some type of bleaching/whitening treatment. I would recommend custom tray whitening, which most dentist's can provide.

Sony 5 disc home CD Player skipping sporadically?
Hello: I have a older rack mount 5 disc Sony CD player which skips while playing CD's sporatically. One day it will do it terribly on CD's and/or CD-R's - the next time I use it in a day or two, it works for hours and hours without skipping. I have cleaned the CDs and thought that helped only to have it happen again in couple of days. I have tried the dry cleaners with the little brushes on them and it obviously has not cured the problem .
My question is, before I junk it out, has anyone had any positive results in taking the unit apart and cleaning the laser pick up and lubricating the rails that the pick up rides in and out on?

Simply put, the laser eye is going bad. You can open it up and try to adjust the sensitivity pots, But I don't recommend that, because if you don't know what your doing, you could render it completely useless altogether. The laser pickups don't last forever, and the older they get, the weaker the beam it reflects back. I'd say it's time for a new one.
