I've never used the product but it, unfortunately, seems to be a bunch of hype. Our hair grows from the root and soap, most likely, is unable to increase hair growth Perhaps, for some, it helps to condition the hair though I don't have personal knowledge about that. Regular trims every 6-8 weeks and using a conditioner after shampooing (as well as a well-balanced eating regimen) can help the health of one's hair while it grows longer.
