Human Extensions
Would it look silly if I put both real human hair and synthetic extensions in?
I bought two packs of human hair extensions that cost me about £40 in total but it wasn't enough and I don't really have enough to buy any more at the moment. I want long hair for the holiday season and I saw good quality synthetic ones for £5 each so I was wondering if I could mix them?

some synthetic extensions look like shiny plastic, so if the ones you're looking at don't have that shiny plastic look to them then I say by all means go for it.

How To Apply Clip-In Human Hair Extensions
My brand new human hair extensions smell like chemicals?
I got HeadKandy Remy human hair extensions, very top quality from the uk. But they smell like chemicals. I know they have to be processed and sanitized, so i was kind of expecting it, but Idk how to get the smell out. They smell like fingernail polish! I washed them and soaked them with conditioner for over 2 hours, but they still stink! Does anyone know how i can get the smell out or at least make them smell like somthing better?
Uh-oh...It shouldn't be smelling that bad. My sisters hair extensions had a funny smell so she clipped them outside to a clothes line. She left them outside for about 24hrs and them smell went away. However its winter now and excessive cold can't be to good for them....maybe you should call the company? They may have had a bad batch and be willing to replace yours.
You could try rewashing them again and see if it helps. When you wash them though, make sure you do not wash the clips, some of them can rust and cause an even worse smell.
