Hair Loss Home Remedies - Weird Homemade Cures You Should Avoid

By the time you finish reading this you'll understand why those hair loss home remedies don't work. You'll find out about the many homemade hairloss cures, albeit with good intentions, but why you should disregard them and focus on a proven, natural thinning hair treatment instead.

So you are noticing that you're losing some strands of hair. The experts do say that there is a need for some strands to fall out (average is about a hundred) and be replaced with new hair growth. But, if it's excessive, then you might be experiencing hair loss.

Now don't be frantic and start trying all those hair loss home remedies you found online. Which ones you ask...here are just a few:

1. Cinnamon and Honey Mixture -- combine cinnamon powder and honey with olive oil. Form a paste and apply directly to hair. It's said this mixture contains properties that makes the hair and scalp stronger.

2. Ginger Extracts -- chop a piece of ginger and directly apply to the area of the head that has bald spots. This is suppose to work because it aids the healthy growth of hair follicles.

Do these hair loss home remedies actually work? No. But, if you're still searching for ways to restore and keep your hair strong and healthy, you'll need to know which of the natural and effective substances to use.

Just like a multi nutritional supplement for the body, your hair also needs a combination of herbal extracts, minerals and vitamins for hair growth and strength. And, the vital ones are vitamin A, B6 and B complex (Biotin).

When these vitamins are combined with minerals such as magnesium and zinc, these substance promote new hair growth and also your body's overall health.

But the major reason why both sexes look for a thinning hair treatment --  because of a hormone called DHT. The DHT hormone attaches to hair follicles and causes them to become smaller and smaller then eventually the hair falls out.

Because the DHT hormone is largely responsible for thinning hair, you'll want ingredients that block it. Fortunately, herb extracts that inhibit DHT include Saw Palmetto, Nettle root, Pumpkin and Muira Puama.

Now that you know hair loss home remedies aren't effective, turn your attention to a natural thinning hair treatment for new hair growth and strength. Since the ingredients mentioned above all work in synergy, they'll give you the best chance of sustaining new healthy hair growth.

Visit my website today and learn more about a natural treatment for thinning hair. Stop your hair loss with natural ingredients which promote new hair growth plus give you optimum health.

  1. OMG! STOP USING HERBAL ESSENCE!!!! thats why your hair is falling out! that stuff sucks! the only good thing about it is that it smells amazing, but it makes your hair fall out!

if you want to treat your hair, there really isn't much you can do unless you completely stop straightening it and dying it for a while. just let it go natural. if you want to make your hair LOOK healthy, you could get it cut a little.

you can also try using a deep conditioner once a week. anyone you want will work, so it there isn't really a specific one. i also recommend switching to dove intensive repair shampoo and conditioner. i use it and its amazing!!! it made my hair sooooo soft and silky and made it grow really fast.
