customer service problems???
i just wanted to let everyone know (since i saw an old question and cant reply) that I got the pink patch from usa herbals/ curb your cravings and it does not work. ALSO getting a hold of them at their 800 number is a lot of work. ive been calling all morning and it was busy each time. NOW I GOT THROUGH BUT HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 29 minutes and counting!!!!!!! i just wanted to save someone else the stress. they will automatically bill your credit card if you dont cancel and trying to cancel is a pain!!! anyone else have this problem???
ok well i waited on speaker hold for 2 hours and 3 minutes and still did not get a live person. i had emailed them right before i called and they had responded to my email during my 2 hour phone call (thats why i hung up). so i wont get charged again but just wanted to let you know the product doesnt work AND they have bad customer service!!
