Of freind of mine has EXTREME hyperactivity. He's been on so many meds and none of them have semed to make much difference. What kind of herbal/natural supplements can help reduce your hyperness?

How can I lower my sex drive?
I know this question is the opposite of that you would normally find, but that pretty much describes me in all facets of life. Anyway, I've discovered that whenever I masturbate, I get depressed. Sometimes not too badly, other times quite seriously. I am bipolar, and am going through I highly stressful time of my life. Problem is without masturbation, things build up, one thing leads to another, and I can't help myself, and I end up giving in and have to deal with my depression.
Anyway, I want to know if I can reduce my sex drive, or even even turn it off. It would make my life so much easier. I'm a college student living on a highly tight budget, so expensive medication is not really an option. Herbal supplements I could manage, but they would have to be easily available, and cheap. Castration is not an option, either.
