Healthier Ginseng Hair

What products should I use: Tresemme or Nexxus?
I went natural in last August and did a huge cut to my hair in November, to get rid of the permed hair. Now I don't know what products to use so my hair will stay healthy and strong. My hair is really thick but soft, but that might be to the products I used while washing it.
So far, I've been using:
Nexxus humectress conditioner
nexxus therappe shampoo
nexxus keraphix deep conditioner
&& ginseng hair oil as my daily moisturize
I don't put a lot of products in my hair, because I don't like that really heavy feeling. At one point my hair was passed my shoulders and I want to get it back to that point. I'm really just trying to grow out my natural curls, because I love that look and it looks easy to manage.
I wanted to know if the Tresemme line was good, particularly the natural line. Also, if their was a great deep conditioner to go along with it.
By the way I'm Jamaican and Dominican, if that makes any difference, and my hair is short now but growing into a bob look
You can improve the strength of your hair by the foods you eat. Not talking that you rush to the store for vitamins & supplements, and the best money can buy. Even the cheapest shampoo can make any hair healthy, down to your feet, it's what happens what you do to your hair AFTER you shampoo it.
I buy the cheapest shampoo for mine. Either one of those shampoos are good. I use Garnier for Normal hair.
Recipe for good Healthy Hair:
About 5 servings a day of fresh fruits & vegetables, dark leafy most of all they're higher in iron, meat, fish, dairy products.
Don't brush when it's wet, brushing really causes split ends. If you have split ends, spend 5-10 mins. a day where there's sunlight, cut each strand section by section, using small shears. Your hairbrush should just glide without the sound of hair snapping.
Blow-dry less than 5 mins. Use two towels if you have longer hair Don't pile them all up on top of your head, like laundry, bend down to wash & rinse your hair using a shower.
No heating tools like straighteners.
No dyeing
No perming
No vitamins & supplements.
Wash 2x a day. If you're washing often due to oily scalp, you're using the wrong shampoo, unless your hair needs conditioner because it's damaged or you have hard water. I rinse my hair with bottled water, when traveling.

Neither is appropriate for you, as you've asked a question about "non hair growth".........
As a Registered Nurse Practitioner, I strongly recommend you consult a Dermatologist or get referred to one by your HMO/PPO/health provider........Hair need to be taken care from the INSIDE, not outside.......as it is essentially dead tissue for the scalp that provides the scalp with protection.....You cannot take care of a problem within your body (which your practitioner will determine with blood tests) from the outside.......your internal "workings" need to be looked at......The two tonics that you suggested sound great for normal hair, but I believe that you problem with hair growth/straightening/other issues need to be discussed with a health care professional....
