Hair Vitamins Are there any small hair vitamin pills or liquid hair vitamins out there?
i have trouble swallowing pills so i chew them but i want to take some kind of hair vitamin. are there any that are really small because when i chew really big pills i end up and spit them right back out. also do any hair vitamins come in liquid?
What do you mean by "hair" vitamin pills?
Chewing up pills of any kinds isn't normally recommended unless directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Reason: it enters your blood stream differently (quicker) than if you simply digest it.
My advice?
1) Have a huge glass of water handy. 2) Put the water in your mouth and pop the pill in. Swallow.
Unfortunately, the hardest part is the mental block you put on it. You're going to encounter larger pills for the rest of your life - what better time to learn how to cope than now?

Does anyone know any hair vitamins for teens?
I am currently taking a 3000mcg biotin supplement but i know that i should also be taking other vitamins in conjunction with that for healthy hair.I have looked for hair vitamins and all of them say it can only be used for adults.Can someone please tell me if there are any hair vitamins/supplements that i can take that can be used by teens? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
You should take omega 3s and omega 9s but DO NOT take omega 6s. they are fatty acids., and are really good for your hair and fingernails. Omega 3s are like the oils from fish and such, omega 6s are the kind of oils that you prolly already get enough of because they are what you get with fast food and french fries, and omega 9s are what olive oil is made of.
