Has anyone ever used Therapy G products for thinning hair?
And if so did they help? I'm only 25 and i've been shedding a lot of hair over the past year and my hair was already thin to begin with. I just bought Therapy G's starter kit and was wondering if it worked for stopping excessive hair loss for anyone?

Is it bad to use an "Intense damage Therapy" shampoo and conditioner if ur hair is not that damaged?
I would say my hair is slighty damaged, my hair stylist said it was damaged just a little on the top, and I bought an Intense damage therapy shamp and cond would it be bad to use it? Can it damage my hair? Anything I should know?
No, it's fine!
I had hair like yours - slightly damaged, but not really badly. I use Dove Intense Therapy shampoo and conditioner. It's totally helped my hair. I use it every day, too, so even if you're using another brand, it's probably fine.
I love it - I totally recommend that you use it.
