Hair Shedding
How can you prevent hair from shedding excessively?
Today, during my martial arts class I did a roll then a tons of my hair just sort of fell off. Then a few minutes later my hair would be shedding like 20 pieces of hair at the same time.Now it has stopped but I am still concerned. I would usually shedd after I take a shower but not like that. Now I realize that my hair is growing thinner and my hair use to be so thick and full. How can I restore my hair to it's orginal state??
I would go see a doctor. It might be a sign of something worse. My hair use to fall out when I showered, but once I let me hair grow out the dye it has stopped. Also, try taking vitamins ad watch what you eat. I use Green Tea shampoo and conditioner and it really helps. I am not sure where you live, but if you go to a local beauty supply store, they have people there that will suggest something specific to your needs.

Shedding is natural, You can't stop it. When you comb your hair, Your pulling the already fallen pieces out. So with any type of product, You can't stop it.
