Hair Oil Himalayas
My hair was so thick and strong.but now it became so thin and weak..also it looks lifeless..:-(?
Before some 5 years....my hair was not that lengthy...but look'd so beautiful...thick ..n...so ...strong...later i start'd growin my hair..i used SBL Montana Hair Oil n Wheezal's Arnica Shampoo....it was fine only....but once when i was put in hostel ....everythin changed....my hair start'd to become thin n thin n thin......now sooooo thin....also not lokking good too....i tried using...shikakai..then himalayas shampoo....then dhadri shampoo..then for dandruff i used nizoral..right now i'm again using the same arnica shampoo.......i even regularly apply oil to my hair.....i dont know...wat to do for my hair....Can anyone Pls help me out in this ......
Diet plays quite a good part in the health of your hair, what you eat is basically what you get. if you eat alot of fatty foods, your hair loses its life basically, eating great and healthily helps keep it strong.
Now this is not the only reason, it is one of them. Chemical processes contribute to it as well. Stress, everyday wear and tear, and im-proper shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
Best thing i can think of at this point in time (quite late at night for me) is to talk to a hairdresser, they will help you with finding the right shampoo/cond for your hair. Eat well, dont wash your hair everyday, that can strip it of its natural goodness too.
Also taking prenatal vitamins help with your hair as well. As any mother will tell you, hair and nails are really healthy and strong whilst pregnant cos of all the goodness that happens with pregnancy. Trust me im one of them!!! So instead of going out and getting pregnant just to get healthy hair....take prenatal vitamins, they could restore the shine and fullness it used to be, along with eating right, not been stressed and a good shmp/cond!
