Which of the two are better for hair growth?
Someone I know has been taking pre-natal pills to grow thier hair and I have noticed her hair growing noticeably. Is there something in pre-natal tablets that hair-growth pills don't have and which is better for faster hair -growth?
it has more minerals. I've heard that zinc is good for hair growth. And when you are preg, you need more Ca and iron, so prenatals have more of that. Try liquid silica too.

How many times can you dye your hair without it becoming totally wrecked?
i've dyed my hair about 12 times in the last six years, and my hair has noticeably changed in texture (was silky, smooth, now flat with frazzled, dry ends). Is it because of the dye? I didn't think that a dozen dye jobs spread over six years would do that much harm! I can't think of any other reason for my hair being so brittle, help please! Thanks 
if you fail to seal the cuticle each time you dye or heat-style your hair you make it more prone to breakage.
if you deep condition your hair and treat it with the proper chemicals and styling agents you should be able to dye your hair an indefinite number of times without totally wrecking it
you may need to take a break from all the processes and treat your hair better in order for the initial texture to return
