I just bought some Biotin supplements from the drugstore and it says each pill has 300mcg,and to take one a day. Is that enough? And does biotin really work....

apparently u have to take about 3000 or more to have acual results.i havent tried it yet i take only 100 mcg but plan to upgrade when i finish this bottle of hair muti vitiamins
