I don't know your personal circumstances, but in general, check your diet first. If you are not eating enough, or enough of certain goodies (because I don't know if hair loss is attributed to proteins, or minerals, or vitamins...) you may get hair loss. Or if you're on an extreme diet.
Also, is this hair loss a recent phenomenon or has it been with you for some time? Consult your doctor, taking these into consideration. If it's recent/consistent,etc, it's likely something has changed, is changing, or something's wrong - see you doc as soon as you can. If it's something that has been with you for a while, I only know that you may wish to try checking(harmful chemicals?) or changing(your hair doesn't like your fav?) your shampoo, washing your hair on a more regular basis (hair dies earlier if it's unhealthy or dirty - however, don't necessarily shampoo daily, but you may wish to try washing by water everyday, and shampooing some days), or easing up on the pressure when you do wash your hair - maybe you're being too vigorous?

Does wax cause hair loss!?
Because I straighten my hair, then use wax to style it and hairspray to keep it it place. I use heat protection spray so my hair doesn't get burned but as far as Hair Wax goes, does it cause hair loss!?

Wax by itself, doesnt cause hair loss, but heat and the damage caused by some heating treatments like ironing or chemicals cause premature hair loss - both at the source of hair production and the cuticles.
When certain products heat and destroy the scales, the scales lift upward causing many potential micro points for split ends down the road.
Its still fine to use hair wax - but to combine with other processes may be damaging. To fully support your hair from the inside, i would suggest Alpha Renew Hair. Probably the best product i have tried to support your hair, especially if you are concened about product-usage hair loss.
