Hair Loss Regeneration
Should I be letting my male pattern baldness bring me down so much?
I'm 30 and have started to recede pretty badly. By 40 I'll be a chrome dome like my father and brothers, and I'm having a very hard time accepting it. I went the shaved head look and am lucky to have a nice shaped head, but I hate the way I look with no hair.
Propecia gave me horrendous side-effetcs. Rugs and transplants are dangerous and/or expensive non-solutions. Cloning and regeneration is still science fiction. Acceptance is the only solution, but I'm really struggling.
I used to be tall, dark and handsome but my hair loss has devastated me - I'm now very shy and have trouble talking to people, especially females. I burn with jealousy when I see men with good hair.
My social life has faded away to nothing and I'm a mere shell of the man I once was. I am now beginning to wonder whether life is worth living. What do other young men do to cope with such a blow? Will I ever be able to attract women again?

Clean Hair loss and regeneration?
I know our hair is constantly falling out (look at the brush) and new strands are growing in, but I've noticed that more strands of hair come out after you wash your hair. Why does that happen?

It is probably because the water has a softening effect on your scalp which causes the loose roots more prone to come out. It could be your nut brushing your hair enough when your not in the water to notice it is the same amount. There is alot of explanations for this question. If your hair is falling out alot though it is probably directly related to a Essential Fatty Acid and B-Complex deficiency. My hair and my husbands was falling out until we started to take the EFA's and B-Complex from roex.com. Now our hair is amazingly soft and grows faster!
