Why do I shed hair so much?
I am a 17 year old male and every time i move my hand through my hair like 10 strands of hair come out. I have fairly thick hair and I don't use any hair products other than generic shampoo. Also I am under no constant stress and have a decent diet and drink lots of water (though I could use some more vegetables). Also, hair loss in my family is not common. Does my hair shedding so much mean I am going to be balding soon?
Don't think too much about, it's normal to lose up to 100/200 hair a day (although it depends on the hair cycle and many other factors).
The best and only effective way to prevent and stop hair loss is mantain a constant blood flow to the scalp and the head muscles.
