how to prevent lotzz of hair loss?
i have this major problem of hair dropping..especially when i comb my hair when i washed them..cn any1 tell me izzit normal to drop lotzz of hair that often?how to prevent it?
A normal amount of hair drops every day, that is around 50-70 but if you feel that you are loosing to much hair it's not good at all. It can be because of your lifestyle or because you are not paying enough atention to your hair. There are a lot of factors which contributes to hair lost like stress, or if your vitamin income is to low. First you should try to pay better atention to your hair, like never comb your hair when it's still wet and try to avoid blowdrying as much as possible too, and use conditioner regulary. Near that there are certain hair styling products which cause excess hair lost, for example I can't really use Wella products cause my hair doesn't like it. So I think you should try to see wether your hair dropping problems are coming from that type of source. If you still don't see any impovment then you should get some professional help from the doctor, they can prescribe good treatments and to find out wether there is something more serious behind all this.

Hi Dont worry, it might not be too serious. Although you do need to go through a check list to see what the probloem might be.
1 Are u on any diets?
2 sleeping enough?
3 drinking enough water?
4 do u color ur hair too much?
5 any medications or drugs?
Then you could use prenatal vitamins or a vitamin w/ biotin in it, it will help ur hair grow healthier, longer, stronger.
But, you should also see your Doctor it ur hair still continues to fall out. You could have Alapica altera ( hair loss ) or and underlying condition.
