Will these work for hair growth? Plz help me!!!?
I started taking Biotin and I was wondering if they would really help me with growing long hair!..Has anyone had any experience with this? I also heard that prenatal vitamins help increase hair growth or does this just happen because pregnant women hormones are changning? I really want long hair fast! I know it takes time but there must be something there that help grow hair quick! thanks

No matter what people say, you can't buy products that will make your hair grow any faster. Biotin just prevents hair loss - it wont make it grow.
I suggest you take some multi-vitamins everyday which will help keep your hair healthy. And make sure you don't use products (chemical or heated) that often, as they damage your hair, causing the ends to break off. This gives the impression that your hair is simply not growing, or indeed is getting shorter.
Hair grows at approximately 0.5 inches a month, and there isn't anything you can do about that. The only thing you can do is to keep your hair healthy so it will grow at its maximum potential.
