no exaggeration, I went from 1 1/2 inches to down my back, and I have NO relaxer. I use a flat iron to straighten. -
Be wary of using any old kind of vitamin...eat right, to take care of the inside and it will help show on the out.

Is vitamin C good for your hair?
I'm tryn to grow my hair long without out spending a lot of money, but I'm willing for pay for a hair growth kit that has vitamins and shampoo etc. etc. Because I want to just pay for everything at once.Please feel free to add websites if you have any.I am a black woman with a perm.
Vitamin C is better for your skin, but it does help your hair.
