Does Vitamin E promote hair growth?
My hair used to be really long. Ever since I cut it, it's been the same length for a long time. It seems like it will not grow. I decided to make an investment in hair extensions..only until my hair grew to the length I wanted. My hair still hasn't grown, and I heard that taking Vitamin E tablets promotes hair growth..is this true?
Yes it does, I'm taking E now. Not really noticing a difference.. but I've been taking them for about 3 weeks? So I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I am currently taking prenatal vitamins because I am eventually trying to have a baby. . .My questions is, does taking prenatal vitamins help with hair and nail growth? And, also does it stengthen them?????
