Hair Growth Vitamin B
if i take more Vitamin B then it says on the bottle will that help my hair grow even longer?
cause vitamin b helps hair growth...so if i take more will it grow longer, faster?!
No it won't. Your body has a set of level of Vitamin B it can handle, once you reach that limit, all the rest of the Vitamin B will be filtered out by your kidneys and you will urinate the extra out.
P.S. doll, I've looked at some of your other questions, please please please get help. I was anorexic for a couple years as well and the effects are awful. Your eating on average 800 calories a day if not less. i'm a 5'4 girl and 105 pounds and i need at least double that to be healthy without exercise.
The problem with being anorexic and bulimic is that your body turns the sugar from calories in your food into energy and it needs a certain amount of sugar every day. without the amount of sugar required, your body will start to break down other things in your body. believe it or not, it breaks down muscle before it breaks down fat cells. the first muscle cells it breaks down are ones that require the most energy and eventually one of those high energy muscles it breaks down is your heart. another thing is your brain uses the most energy in your body. anything you're eating right now is going to directly support your brain, but if you keep undereating the amount of calories you could do irreversible damage to your brain. your body's metabolism has slowed way way down, so you will feel heavier when you start eating again, but the body is amazing, it will go back to normal
I know it's hard. I've been there. The fear of consuming too many calories and gaining weight is awful. you'd rather die than eat more than what you're eating. You're eating healthy but you do need to eat more. your body is so starved right now. eating will prevent brain and heart damage. i bet you're a beautiful girl, who just needs to accept that she's beautiful and not let eating disorders control your life. get help, please.

would it be better for me to take b complex or skin hair and nails vitamins for hair growth?
my hair grows fine but i want to help it along. give it the best nourishment possible because i cant afford the diet i need right now. i am also trying regenetresse. please advise. thanx
They have some of the same nutrients in them both, but usually B complex is more budget friendly, so that's the one I'd choose for myself.
