Is air drying your hair good for hair growth?
I used to blow dry my hair all the time until I realized it gave me split ends and dryed out hair. Now I let my hair air dry all the time, but I want to let my hair grow long. I was wondering if air drying hair is good for hair growth?
Well it's good for the condition of the hair, It dosen't make it grow any faster, But it keeps the hair in better condition so it dosen't split and break.

If you wear your hair up all the time, does it slow your hair growth?
When I was in my teens I had really long hair, and always wore it down, now that I'm a lil older I cut it off and wear it up all the time and it seems to just stay at shoulder length. Does wearing your hair up slow your hair growth?
Actually, wearing your hair up ( Protective Styling) can help you retain the hair you already have, by protecting your ends from the elements. As long as the ponytail holder or claw clip that you're using is not damaging your hair by pulling or breaking the strands, (Do you see broken hairs wrapped around it?) you should be good. Your hair grows all the time. The reason that it's not getting any longer is beacuse your ends may be breaking off for some reason, it may be your styling practices, products, heat usage, or other factors. To answer your question, no wearing your hair up does not slow growth.

I don't think you want to use a warm or hot towel. That would just make it worse if I'm understanding what you said. How long ago did you shave? If it was just hours or minutes you need to let that area rest.
