Shaving ur head? will it grow back healthy?
Ok i never in a million years thought i would even think about shaving my head but im fed up with my hair.. its just the top and sides that are fried and the back is healthy. but the fried dry hair frames the face and i look at myself and im like eww.. i am debating on just trying to start from scratch because me hair looks very thin and idk if shaving it will make it grow in even w/o the breakage of looking like bald spots.. so please let me know what i should do.. i have been doing many treatments to try to make it healthy and i have cut it a few times but the top layer still looks like crap and i only have about 3/4 inch new growth
New hair does grow back healthy. Just remember to take your vitamins, and my friend once also told me that pre-natal pills help to grow long, healthy, hair because of the vitamins that are in them. Also, make sure you eat healthy foods with all the correct nutrients you need (www.pyramid.gov).
Don't shave your head all the way, unless you don't mind that look for awhile. It might be something you'll regret being completely bald and wigs are very expensive. Instead, you might want to ask for a supershort pixie cut for now, then when it grows out a little, get it cut again to the new growth.
