Hair Growth Tablets Boots
Biotin, for hair and nail growth?
Im currently taking Boots Hair, skin and nail tablets which contain 45ug of biotin, i want to take biotin tablets too, just wanted to know what strength to get, as what ug?
Well the most strong Biotin tablets I've seen carry 5000ug (5mg) from Nature's Bounty. They even sell them in capsules that are easier to swallow. Getting 5,000ug per day equals 1,667% of daily value so that's a LOT. I've been taking biotin for a couple of months and my hair grows pretty fast BUT not strong as I wanted so keep in mind that you will have two cut one inch of hair every two months if you want to keep the hair strong. i read about this thing in the paper called provillus to promote hair growth but im not sure if they do it in boots in galway.does anyone know the names of any types of tablets or anything else that i can get in boots which will promote hair growth coz i want really long hair?
