Hair Growth Pills Vitamins
What is in Pre-Natal Tablets that promote hair growth?
I have been told that taking pre-natal tablets help increase hair growth. I was wondering which major vitamins play a part in this? I just went and purchased Hair and Nail pills with the following;
- Horsetail Herb (providing silica)
- Zinc
- Calcium
- Retynuil
- Kelp Powder
- Spiulina
Which one is used for growth purposes?
Well all of them help! They are good for your body, including your hair. However.....I take biotin (which might be in your vitamins as well) and that seems to help me a lot. I am thinking about taking the hair and nail vitamins but I am just going to make sure that has biotin in it. I have heard though that zinc is a major growth componet.
***also try to remember....that these vitamins will not magically make your hair grow really fast. They can help your body with the proccess but try to remember the most important is really diet nutrition and exercise. Also drink plenty of water. Good luck to you!!!
