Hair growth, loss, thickness and more!!!!?
I am having very bad days due to my hair. They are falling too much and they arent growing. Can someone please help me? I cannot buy any product or medicine cuz most of them arent in my reach. I beg u to help me! Its realllllyyyyyyyy getting serious now. Tell me some homemade remedies or recipes or oils but not branded ones. PLz do something it would be so kind of you. Thanks anyway (i beg u 4 help)
hair loss can be caused by many different reasons! Find out the actual cause of hair loss! There are many causes of loss of hair such as stress, poor nutrition ,medications, thyroid dysfunctions, illness, fungal infections ,hormonal problems, to mention a few. but anyway you can always try and get real results.
year ago my wife suffered from hair loss too and she started trying everything you can imagine to stop her hair loss. the things that really worked for her was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also used herbal treatment.in that case Provillus is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

Homemade Hair Care Recipes
Women are usually very particular with the look of their hair because it is what people will notice straight away and they will remember someone's hair the most. That is why we want our hair to look as good as it possibly can most of the time. Most of us have drawers that are stuffed with curling irons, combs, brushes and flat irons. One type of homemade hair treatment that is natural involves using olive oil. This is great for over processed hair or hair that is brittle and dry.
Here is one basic recipe:
- Shampoo hair first
- Combine 1 beaten egg with ½ to ¾ cup of extra virgin olive oil (like with cooking, the extra virgin olive oil will give better results since the "pure" and "light" olive oils have been chemically processed).
- Wrap your hair up in a plastic cap.
- Leave on anywhere between a half an hour to 45 minutes.
- Do this about monthly for a deep hair treatment.
A popular homemade hair growth treatment is the rosemary rinse. Rosemary is known as a hair growth stimulant. Boil two cups of water, put in ¼ cup of dried rosemary and let it sit until tepid. Then rinse your hair with this concoction and this will treat thinning hair and eliminate dandruff.
Herbs for Healthy Hair
1. Rosemary: Enhances dark hair.
2. Burdock Root: Promotes hair growth and reduces hair from falling out.
3. Chamomile: Promotes healthy hair growth.
