Um, actually, olive oil DOES repair damaged hair. I've seen a complete transformation in my hair's health since using it a few times a week, and when I stopped using it I noticed my hair's health deteriorate.
Anyway, there's nothing that can make your hair grow faster than what has been pre-determined by your genes. On average, hair grows 1/2 inch per month, or 6 inches per year. Most people will probably fall within the average.
Most people's hair will have more than one texture, that's just your hair and nothing, but a chemical, can change that. I use shea butter for moisture. Extra virgin olive oil for hot oil treatments, and pure olive oil to seal in my moisture. I use Giovanni direct leave-in every day for my moisture. and I clean my hair with Wen cleansing conditioner. your hair will be easier to take care of if its in pretty good health, compared to hair that's damaged. When I first did the BC I used a lot of products to get my hair to look good, but now that it's in better condition I've been able to cut down on the amount of products I put in my hair.

Firstly, a texturizer is a relaxer. It's a mild relaxer; you just leave the relaxer on for a shorter amount of time so that it doesn't completely process your hair (it under-processes it).
Secondly, relaxers don't change the size of your curl; it only loosens your curl pattern and I think it changes the texture of your hair, though I'm not too sure about that. How loose your hair will get depends on how long (or short) you leave it in your hair. The looser you want your "curls" means you have to leave it on a bit longer, but if you leave it on too long then it's just going to permanently straighten your hair (remember that it's a relaxer). It may or may not give you the results you want, especially if you're doing it yourself. I've heard from people who have put a texturizer in their hair and their hair looked the same afterward. I've also heard of people accidentally straightening their hair with the texturizer.
Nothing can make your hair grow faster. The average hair growth is 1/2 inch per month, and hair does grow a bit faster during the summer.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say how often should you get them redone so they're not permanent. Relaxers and texturizers are permanent, and, of course, weave isn't.
If you want to hang onto your relaxed hair then you need to protectively style your hair in braids or something similar and don't harshly comb and brush your hair because that'll break off your ends.
