My Natural Journey Encouragment Needed?
Hi you guys, I have decided to go natural im an African American Female that has very thin brittle dry hair, I have been using Carols Daughters Hair Products which are very good. I have decided to go natural for the health of my hair, yep that's means NO MORE relaxers or hair color. I ve been without a perm for like 3mths and my hair is starting to thicken up but not look pretty like a relaxer makes your hair, kinda of frustrating ;( what advice can someone from experience give me to continue this journey of growth . Thank You 
1) Stop seeing your hair as ugly, or not as pretty as a completely different hair type. Change how you view your hair and you'll come to love it for what it is.
2) Realize that your hair will do what it wants, when it wants, so work with it and not against it.
3) You can't do anything to change your hair texture/type, except put another chemical in your hair. Your curls will most likely be small and dry-looking, and that's your normal texture, so don't become obsessed about how it looks when it's wet (which is not your real texture).
4) Everyone's hair is different, with different size curls and different hair textures, so don't look at anyone else's hair and expect your hair too look the same. It won't. Also, if your hair does look similar to someone else's don't expect that you can use the same products and have the same results, because ya'll can have completely different textures.
5) You'll most likely have different sized curls on your hair, so don't expect curl uniformity.
6) Don't treat your hair like you do your relaxed hair or it'll end up thin and damaged again. Relaxed and natural hair are two completely different hair types that require different ways of handling it and different products.
7) Don't obsess over hair type or trying to have your hair look a certain way that's impossible for your hair type.
Expect frizz, but also know that using the right products can make your hair super soft, nearly frizz-free, and manageable.
9) Using too much heat, even once, can damage your hair and permanently straight it; it's called heat damage.
10) If you've been relaxed for a long time, expect your hair to change over the course of a year or two. THis is because your hair has to get used to being without the chemicals, and you might find that it smooths out some. My hair has changed a lot in the two years I've been natural, and those changes have been natural, and not something I put in my hair.
11) You might have to change products several times as your hair gets longer, and be patient as your hair grows. Average hair growth is 1/2 inch per month.
12) Visit some natural hair forums and websites, and check out some youtube videos. Many naturals have natural hair journals on youtube, and you can get hairstyles and advice on transitioning. I didn't transition; i chopped it all off. You can get a lot of advice and support from other naturals on hair forums. I prefer http://forum.blackhairmedia.com .

Even on youtube there are people documenting their hair journeys with the product.
The problem is that ihad went ahead and ordered the the first product an hour ago. But seeing all the happy long haired people with their hairfinity.. iwanna use that instead.
So can ijust take both pills at the same time without any bad side effects??
They both claim to be all natural, which was key for me..
Well, make sure you don't over dose on anything like vitamin C or anything. Other than that you should be fine.
