I'm talking about things like vitamins, oils, foods, etc. What are some that promote hair growth?
And I don't mean "hair growth formula" hair products, or horse shampoo -.-
This is a repost btw, I didn't get any answers last time.
your b vitamins will help lots, and panthenolic acid, biotin, niacin, silica (as this helps the absorbtion of the vitamins). Lots of exercise too to make sure the blood flows around your follicles (the part that feeds the hair under the skin). Sleep well as hair grows most when we sleep just like cell renewel happens when we sleep. Drink water to help flush out toxins etc

how do i get healthy,shiny dandruff free strong hair...?
i would like to know some tried n tested formula for healthy hair...i wash my hair every 2 days n have oily hair i've been trying to grow my hair for sometime but am unable to do so 'coz of hair fall n i've used all kind of anti dandruff shampoos but it just don't seem to help......plz help i want long thick healthy hair......are there any multi vitamins that help in hair growth n also strengthen them...n i've heard beer is good for hair but how do u actually use it doesn't it leave bad odour in hair....
and ya i feel my hair falls more when i use conditioner or oil them n how do u actually use a conditioner 'coz i don't use it on my scalp is it the right way.... 'coz all the hair experts say so
n i dont think head n shoulders work but still i've been using it for a month or so...

dont oil ur head , it will only result in excessive hair loss..go for milder shampoos and yes u condition ur hair the right way but keep it once a week if u experience hair loss...applying yogurt and egg is an easy remedy to clear away dandruff and condition the hair..also medicated shampoos like steiprox r really good for dandruff
