Hair Growth Dietary Supplements
Mens Vitamins, 16-years-old?
I'm 16 years old and I have a new bottle of One Daily Rite Aid mens multi dietary supplement.
My hair is really unhealthy and i want to try to enhance my hair growth with these.
But i'm 16!
Is it ok to take these vitamins??
Apparently "Minx" doesn't know that Folate and Biotin are also "B vitamins".
Vitamin supplements will not likely help hair growth if your hair is already healthy.
Also, I just reviewed the quality of this Rite Aid product on the web - it is a typical "junk food" type of vitamin supplement (similar to Centrum, One-A-Day, etc.). Look for something much, much better if you decide to take this type of supplement.

What is the best dietary supplement for faster hair growth for women?
I do not have bald spots, but my hair is very thin and short. I'd like it to be thicker and grow faster. Is there a dietary supplement that is safe and works well?

biotin is great! its a vitamin and dietary supplement. and it restores hair. check the link below if you dont take my word for it. im using it now!
